DeserTech Appliance Service maintains transponders, for the premier country clubs that require them, and we have since their introduction.

We are adept at working with security at the various clubs and security let-ins with those country clubs. For those times you are not available or are out of town we always make sure security is contacted to secure your home when leaving.

When provided with a cell phone number or alternate telephone number, we will call for your approval before the repairs are performed. For those clients who have Property Managers, we can coordinate appointments and times with a simple call ahead to have them meet us and handle the repair should you be unavailable. This can also be done if it is necessary for us to meet a friend, relative, or neighbor you have chosen as our contact.
