This place is terrific! Lon made appointment and called day of appointment with 2 hr window. He quickly diagnosed problem and had part on his truck. About an hour in total and our under the counter ice maker was making ice perfectly. Very reasonable pricing.

I came home Thurs night to find my Sub-Zero freezer had stopped working. The ice was completely melted and everything was soft. I called and left a message at 9 pm. At 7:50 am the next morning he called. He said he could come between 2-5. He diagnosed and fixed it.

Lon and Lisa Marie run a very professional and reliable business. They respond promptly to our service requests. We have lived in the Desert for 13 years and have struggled to find a competent, knowledgeable and trustworthy tech—Lon is all of those qualities. Thank you!

My Sub Zero refrigerator had stopped working. Technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix my refrigerator in one trip. I was amazed that he had the exact part needed to fix my refrigerator on his truck. Technician was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He was a total professional. Highly recommended

We had another Miele certified technician here to assess repairs on our 2008 Miele dishwasher prior to Desert Tech. Their assessment – complete misdiagnosis! The Desert Tech technician diagnosed the problem, which, was a faulty waterproof kit/fill valve. Had the part in his truck, made repair quickly and efficiently!!

We have been using DeserTech for over 20 years. My 28 year old Dacor ovens stopped working suddenly. On the phone, Lisa Marie guided me through the decision to try and repair or get new ovens. She felt repair was a good possibility, and Lon was here the next evening at 7PM to repair them! Truly a Christmas Miracle! I am so grateful.
