DeserTech Appliance Service understands the concern of our clients regarding the quality of the parts used in repairing their appliances and the skill of the technician performing the repair.
The industry standard repair warranty is 90 days parts & labor on a basic repair, 1 year parts and 90 day labor warranty on “sealed system” repairs. We aspire to go above and beyond the “standard” with our warranties as you will see below and have yet to find another appliance company that meets or exceeds our standard for an appliance repair warranty.
*DeserTech is not warranty authorized for Sub-Zero or Wolf products. We provide out of warranty service on all Sub-Zero and Wolf products. We were factory trained from 1989 to 2008 on Sub-Zero 300, 500, 600, 700 series.
